Venu is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Venu has led team of professionals in building a robust tax practice and delivering key solutions to clients’ needs. Over the years Venu has worked extensively with various clients engaged in infrastructure, Power, Real estate, Financial services, IT and IT –enabled services, Multi brand retailers, Banks, Co-operative Societies, etc. He enjoys tax planning; restructuring current businesses, identifying joint venture partners/funding entities and scaling up the value chain.

He has expert knowledge in the area of Indirect taxes and also has rich experience to handle Assessment cases with various statutory authorities.

An Out-of-the-Box thinker with a proven track record of increasing sales, launching new products, streamlining workflow and creating a healthy environment to enhance profitability innovatively for reputed business houses. CA. Shrusti Karkhanis

Shrusti is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is an Information Systems Auditor (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

She has over two decades of experience in handling diversified finance functions, including inter alia, accounts and audit, managing outsourced processes relating to F&A outsourcing, payroll processing, direct and indirect taxation, RBI /FEMA compliances. She mainly deals with back office support services including accounting, payroll, CFO Services, Corporate Law, Labour and other statutory compliances mainly pertaining to branch or subsidiaries of foreign companies in India.

Her areas of interest include Foreign Direct Investment and FEMA regulations

CA. Narayana Datta

Datta is a young and energetic, new member of the team. A go-getter with keen interest in start-ups, Valuations, financial markets and new technologies.

He has a keen business acumen to identify the challenges in the dynamic business environment. A progressive thinker, delivering client solutions with ease, he is the go-to person for the team.

You will find him cruising on the highway exploring new places, Trekking or hiking to de-stress when time permits.
